Stitch Festival: 23rd to 26th March 2023, London

Following rave reviews at the Framework Knitters Museum, The knitted lives project is coming to London. Be inspired by knitters from around the globe, marvel at Knitted Jen in all her glory and share the wonders (or disasters!) of your own journey. From woolly wonders to dropped stitch disasters my Knitted Lives project captures different voices and viewpoints on the joy, love, bonding, frustration and solace of knitting.

Avant Gardeners; 1 May to 25th September 2022, Houghton Hall, Norfolk

Six of Jen’s pieces are selected for inclusion in the summer exhibition as part of Avant Gardeners; created by Contemporary and Country shown alongside the permanent collection of sculptures from world renowned artists such as Richard Long, Rachel Whiteread and Henry Moore

2nd International Micro Textile Art Exhibition; June 2021, Ivano-Frankivs’k, Ukraine

Vortex was selected by jury for inclusion alongside a further 52 artists from 22 countries from Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and USA.

Each work must fit in a space no larger than 5x5x5cm

escaping expectations

Un/Framed; Swiss Fiber Art in collaboration with the Vielfaeltig Produzentengalerie, Autumn 2020

‘escaping expectations’ was selected by jury for inclusion in an international group exhibition showing in 2 locations in Switzerland alongside work from a further 28 artists drawn from 13 countries.

An Ideal Woman? Jen was one of ten international artists selected to have a dedicated gallery space in the Knit and Stitch show of 2019, the largest textile event in the UK

Basketry: Weaving the cycle of life, 450th anniversary of the Worshipful Guild of Basket makers, February 2019

Over 40 stallholders from all over the UK came together in the Old Library at Guildhall to celebrate the 450th  anniversary of the foundation of the Company in 1569.  
​​​​​​​The Fair was opened by HRH The Duchess of Gloucester GCVO and guests from most of the other 109 Livery Companies attended.
